By using DeSms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
DeSms provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are rented temporarily and may be recycled after expiration.
3. User Obligations
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed upfront. Prices are displayed in USD. Cryptocurrency payments are credited at the current exchange rate.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided for undelivered SMS within 24 hours of purchase. Used numbers are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
DeSms is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Users will be notified via email of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
