If an SMS verification code is not received within 30 minutes of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of that number's cost.
Rentals can be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before the first SMS code arrives. Once a code has been received, the rental is considered in use and non-refundable.
Account deposits can be refunded within 14 days of deposit if no numbers have been purchased. Processing fees may apply.
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@desms.site. Include your order ID and reason for the refund.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are credited at the current exchange rate.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by contacting our support team. We review each case individually.
