Refund Policy

1. SMS Delivery Refunds
If an SMS verification code is not received within 30 minutes of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of that number's cost.
2. Number Rental Refunds
Virtual numbers are rented on a per-use basis. Once an SMS has been received, the rental is considered complete and non-refundable.
3. Deposit Refunds
Account deposits can be refunded within 14 days of deposit if no numbers have been purchased. Processing fees may apply.
4. How to Request a Refund
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@desms.com. Include your order ID and reason for the refund.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are credited at the current exchange rate.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by contacting our support team. We review each case individually.
